Reeve Wood wanted to stand-out in a competitive market and increase their turnover. We undertook the re-positioning, focusing on architects and designers to foster repeat business and developing a product range that allowed for a unique and seamless solution for specifiers, an approach that none of their competitors offer.
A British manufacturer of engineered hard wood, Reeve now offer an extensive range of wood planks in various species, sizes, colours and finishes which can be used for flooring, cladding, stairs, doors and joinery. This approach provides a simple solution for designing seamless interiors with wood and unlike their competitors, they can create bespoke specifications tailored to individual project requirements.
The visual language and tone of voice is tactile and emotive, yet knowledgeable. A visual connection between the shape of a tree and its first branch and the letter ‘r’ inform the visual identity. Using project photos by architects and designers across all marketing collateral the end results hero the product and specifiers. The website and mailers showcase the wood products, collections, projects and feature architect and designer collaborations.
To keep core audience interested and engaged, new product ranges are launched each year – an Architectural collection of warm and cold greys, a hard wearing LED finish with colours inspired by the Norfolk landscape. The annual collections reinforce Reeve Wood as innovative industry leaders – remaining true to their brand proposition, ‘the imagination and skill to make wood do more’.

“I approached Felt to re-brand my business in 2010, not only did they fulfil the goals I set them, they have surpassed all of my expectations. They re-positioned my offer and target audience to what I thought was a very challenging place, focusing on architects and designers, elevating to a higher price point has ensured a more commercially stable customer group. With marketing collateral to deliver the new proposition my business has grown from strength to strength. I could not recommend Felt highly enough. They work with diligence and passion, always over delivering and exceeding expectation. I continue to work with Felt and our 15 year relationship is a testament to this.”
