Following a decline in applicants, teamed with increasing competition from other business incubators – Felt re-defined the website as a central resource.
Working closely with the client team at Urban Us in New York we developed the user experience and functionality requirements with user flow maps and html wireframes to enable the client to experience and review live pages whilst new content was developed. The front end visual language of the site was informed by the BMW Mini guidelines, layouts and interactions were developed with the design team based in Munich. The digital language informed an advertising campaign across print and digital media to promote a greater awareness of the incubator, resulting in increased application numbers.
